Felicia Vallera is an experienced business attorney and former corporate financial/technology executive. She received her MBA from the University of Southern California and her JD from Hastings College of the Law. After an internship with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission she joined the firm of Lillick & Charles LLP, then successfully launched and operated The Law Office of Felicia Vallera serving privately-held small business clients for ten years. She has served as Chair of the Business Law Section of both the Barristers Club and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Felicia is now in process of launching The San Francisco Community Business Law Center, a new nonprofit legal aid organization dedicated to serving the needs of San Francisco’s low-income microbusiness owners.
